ANNOUNCING: BLACE in Los Angeles

I am thrilled to announce that this spring, BLACE expanded into the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA with a portfolio of unique event spaces and a roster of talented vendors. My team is thrilled to offer incredible venues and vendors, a streamlined booking process, and an overall improved event planning experience for the LA events and production markets. 
 
As many of you know, I founded BLACE to address two pain points: the shortage of diverse venues in Manhattan and the underutilized real estate lying empty in the city. My nearly 20 years of commercial brokerage experience has allowed BLACE to build the bridge between the events / production industries and the landlords who are looking to generate revenue and traffic through their empty properties. In addition, we are building technology that centralizes the booking process for our clients. We have provided the NYC event community with countless venues and vendors to bring their events to life and are excited to bring the same value to Los Angeles.  
 
As the second-largest city in America, Los Angeles has a diverse range of industries that can thrive with innovative spaces. To meet the need, BLACE’s online marketplace now hosts a growing portfolio of unique Los Angeles properties for intimate and large format events, as well as vendors that range from catering to entertainment to round out any experience.
