This space features a full wet bar, three gas fireplaces, and an outdoor patio with a view of NYC. Perfect for filming intimate scenes that could take a page out of the Succession aesthetic.
Firing up a cooking show? Or live streaming a chef demonstration? This space is for you! This industrial-grade test kitchen features beer brewing capabilities, keg taps, wine fridges, 2 TVs, and rustic décor. This intimate space holds 50 guests and is the perfect spot to capture foodies in action.
