The Lighthouse 

The Lighthouse offers a unique, sophisticated waterfront setting boasting 10,000 square feet of versatile event space featuring sleek hardwood floors and distinctive lighting fixtures. Whether it’s a picturesque sunset wedding ceremony overlooking the Hudson River or an intricately designed multi-day conference, The Lighthouse is the perfect backdrop for any event hosting up to 700 guests reception style or up to 450 guests seated.

Pier Sixty

As the largest waterfront event venue in Manhattan, Pier Sixty serves as one of New York City's most flexible and expansive event spaces. Featuring 20,000 square feet of luxurious column-free space, this comprehensive venue can be seamlessly transformed to host a wide array of event formats, including galas, weddings, conferences, award shows, and more. 

Current 

Innovative and modern, Current combines unique design elements and textures to create a contemporary 6,000-square-foot setting for a wide range of events. This sophisticated, state-of-the-art venue is ideal for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and holiday celebrations for up to 400 guests reception style, and up to 280 guests seated. 

Spaces Ready to Transform

Location 05  

Location 05 is a gorgeous, furnished 10,000-square-foot, multi-functional studio space conveniently located in Hudson Yards. This woman and family-run business is excellent for film, photography, art shows, transformative brand events, and more. Just steps from the Javits Center, High Line Park, and Hudson Yards, this bright, beautiful space can fit up to 300 guests. 

Blank Studio 

Blank Studio is a small, intimate space perfect for brand events, private screenings, art exhibitions, or any event where you want your guests to enjoy a fresh, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The space includes a kitchen, can fit up to 40 guests, and is just waiting to be transformed into your delightful event venue.  

Unique Venues only found on BLACE

NBPA Training Facility 

NBPA’s training facility is home to the top professional basketball players in the world and this unique space is open and available only on BLACE for exclusive events including photo shoots, private court rentals, meet & greets, birthday parties, team building workshops, product launches, industry functions, viewing parties and more! Over 11,000 square feet can hold up to 230 guests over 2 floors that includes a basketball court, lounge areas, and games like pool or ping pong that are sure to show your guests a good time. 

Manhattan Motorcars 

Located in Midtown West, a few blocks north of the Javits Center, this state-of-the-art facility has great views and is perfect for holiday parties, lectures or discussions, press events, concerts, and so much more. The space is sleek and modern and can hold up to 600 guests.  

This is the Crown Jewel of Clutchhouse and includes 5 floors of interior spaces plus an expansive outdoor rooftop. This unique space is only available on BLACE.
